Currently we are in need of qualified labor to be part of our team as:   HR & GA MANAGER
( Jakarta )    Responsibilities
• Create human resource strategic initiatives for review and implementation
• Create and manage the implementation of approved human resources procedures and policies to attract, develop, and retain qualified employee.
• Work on a daily operational basis with the line management in support of business objectives and HR & GA strategies.
• Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Coordinate and control the implementation of all HR programs (staffing, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc).
• Manage the human resources including manpower planning, hiring, people development, performance management, renumeration, payroll, reward management and employee morale.

Requirements
• Female, 30 – 38 years old
• At least 3 years experience in the same position, preferred from coal mining industry
• Bachelor degree (S1) from Faculty of law, psychology, HR management
• Understand Indonesian labor law & regulation, industrial & employee relation
• Able to speak English well
• Good leadership and managerial skills to subordinates
• Tactful to communicate with people in all levels
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
• Willing to travel

LEGAL MANAGER
( Jakarta )    Responsibilities:
• Drafting contract and preparing any legal documents
• Review draft to find weaknesses and advantages as well as anticipation of the constraints of implementation of the agreement or damages that may be suffered by the company and provide a solution to its completion
• Ensure any agreement made by company is in accordance with the laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Provide legal opinions / legal advices on corporate issues or company’s plans relating to the regulations issued by the government

Requirements:
• Male, 29 - 38 years old
• More than 3 years of working experiences in related position
• Bachelor of law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Excellent communication skills (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
• Having PKPA certificate is an advantage
• Having a deep knowledge about business law, corporate law, and civil law
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Specialization in particular phase of law
• Good networking, good communication, highly motivated, neat, accurate, responsible and responsive
• Should have strong communication and negotiation skills

GM OPERATION
( Samarinda )    Responsibilities
• Responsible to whole site operation
• Monitor & evaluate the achievement of production and implementation of site business strategy and policy
• Set up budget and evaluate the achievement and utilization periodically
• Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news
• Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner
• Understand and able to handle all the entire maintenance activity

Requirements
• Male, min. 5 (five) years experience in coal mining industry
• Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of Mining Engineering/ Geology or related to the position
• Create Good Mining Practice
• Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
• Good leadership and managerial skills to subordinates, tactful to communicate with people in all levels
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
