• Management of jetty onshore and offshore employees.

• Implement standard procedures and guidelines for the operation of a safe and environmentally sound barge fleet ;
• Ensure all SPB/FC’s/ personnel comply with regulatory training requirements; assist in the development and adherence of the operational budgets investigate vessel damage, product spills, and personal injuries;
• Ensure all appropriate authorized and company personnel are notified and that proper documentation is completed accurately;
• Supervise licensed and unlicensed personnel, and crew management development.
• Regular inspect vessels to ensure seaworthy condition and arrange for maintenance and repair activities to correct any deficiencies;
• Maintain all barges, and vessels, FC’s in class, flag and keep all certificates valid.
• Manage boarding officers for making timely SOF and managing the SOF to ensure company productivity.
• All port clearances and company documentation to be managed to ensure no loss to company on demurrage and mismanagement.
• Indenting vessels to ensure shipping out coal as per company directives.

• Minimum 20 (twenty) years experiences in in managing Coal Handling Plant.
