Operational Staff
Batam   Responsibilities:
• Monitoring Vessel activity in ports
• Communicate with all related department
• Provide supporting document to all customer
• Monitor cargo type & documentation
• Ensuring that working permit for any activity that requires a permit on board
• Ensuring that sufficient bunkers supplied to perform voyage activities
• Ensuring that there are no cargo onboard against the rules
• Monitoring validity ships certificates
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nautika
• Minimum 2 years experience in Vessel operating
• Able to speak English


Port Engineer   Responsibilities:
• Coordinates repair and maintenance functions furnished operating fleet to minimize loss of revenue and cost of repairs: Reviews repair request and compares request with previous work accomplished on ship concerned and similar vessels to determine that expenditures are economically sound.
• Prepares recommendations for work, and initiates procurement of materials.
• Inspects machinery, equipment, or spaces outlined in work request, draws up job specifications, and obtains bids from contractors or shipyards to perform repairs.
• Maintains contact with contractors to ensure completion of work at minimum cost.
• Investigates machinery casualties to determine cause, and advises ship’s officers in methods of operation to prevent recurrence of casualty or maloperation.
• Maintains records of engineering costs for each vessel, such as repairs, supplies, and personnel.
• Cooperates with regulatory bodies to ensure that requirements for alterations, repair, or modifications are kept at minimum cost consistent with safety.
• May represent ferry system interests in ferry and terminal construction and maintenance activities, and in union contract negotiations.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Aviation/Aeronautics/Astronautics), Engineering (Marine), Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): English Active , Experience in Port Engineer.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Shipping or Shipping Operation.


Sales / Chartering Supervisor
(Shipping)    Responsibilities:
• Increase revenue through: Develop client database, increase client engagement, conducting sales call
• Manage tender requirement to fulfill client requirement
• To approach potential customers that meets Commercial Division Programs
• To conduct regular sales call and follow up meeting with prospective customer
• To manage quality and consistency of service delivery which is aligned to Company’s IMS and Strategic Plan.
• To participate in long term tender.
• To monitor the operational days
• To provide Chartering Performance Report
• To participate external Events
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Maritime Studies, Law or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Support Coordinator or Supervisor/Team Lead.


Accounting & Finance Officer   Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Experience Accounting.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Requirements:
