Requirements:
• Pria / Wanita maks 35 tahun.
• Pendidikan min. D3
• Dapat mengoperasikan Ms Excel dengan baik.
• Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang hyperkes *diutamakan pengalaman tambang batu bara.
• Memiliki Sertifikat Hyperkes
• Pekerja keras, bertanggung jawab, loyalitas, jujur , teliti, cepat, dan rajin.
• Bersedia ditempatkan di Kalimantan Barat.
Bekasi – Jawa Barat
• Timely processing of both corporate and project documents, including data entry, scanning, photocopying, distributing and filing as detailed in the appropriate procedures.
• Maintain Project Document Control databases.
• Maintain Convero (Document Management) and SharePoint (Document Repository) systems on a daily basis.
• Assist in the review and development of Document Control Work Instructions and Procedures. QA/QC checking of documents to ensure the format is to Company standards.
• Ensure that all handover documents are to Client requirements.
• Follow all Company Work Procedures and Practices.
• Receive number, distribute and track project vendor documents. Produce status reports from allocated projects as required on both design deliverables and vendor documentation.
• Maintain a Customer Service approach when liaising with project personnel, vendors and contractors.
• Maintain the project filing and controlled revision history for both hard copy and electronic filing on a regular basis.
• Archiving of project documentation at completion of assigned projects.
Requirements:
• Male / Female, Max 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Contracts Administration or Administrative Executive.
• Knowledge in use of spreadsheet, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
• Ability to prepare a document for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & SMK 3
• Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
• Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve records and information.
• Ability to organize work load and to manage a filing methods and management techniques.
• Familiar with Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) software.
• Good Communication skills.
• 1 month Contract only for 1 position
