PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) (www.goldenenergymines.com) is
the owner and operator of 3 producing coal projects in Indonesia, namely
Borneo Indobara (“BIB”), Kuansing Inti Makmur (“KIM”) and Trisula
Kencana Sakti (“TKS”). The 3 projects are comprised of 8 coal
concessions that span an area totaling approximately 36.000 hectares in
South and Central Kalimantan and Sumatra.
One of our subsidiaries in Coal Mining is currently expanding and
looking for highly qualified candidates to fill the following position:
1. Engineering Superintendent
Requirement:
a. Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
b. Have 5 years experiences as a supervisor in open pit coal mining area or related
c. Able to make plan and implementation of SHE (K3)
d. Have good skills in using mining software, such as minescape or minex
e. Familiar with heavy equipment
f. Have POP license would be an advantage
2. Production Superintendent
Requirement:
a. Have bachelor degree in mining engineering or 15 years experiences in mining or related field
b. Have 5 years experiences as production supervisor in coal mining company
c. Able to supervise the operation process (land cleaning, coal mining, overburden removal, spreading, stock piling)
d. Familiar with heavy equipment
e. Have POP license would be an advantage
3. Plant Superintendent
Requirement:
a. Minimum bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related
b. Have 5 years experiences as heavy equipment mechanic
c. Must have experience in maintenance planning, material handling, resources, and budget preparation
d. Have a heavy equipment maintenance certificate
4. Pit Supervisor
Requirement:
a. Minimum Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related
b. Have 2 – 3 years experiences as a production supervisor in coal mining company
c. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
d. Have POP license would be an advantage
e. Familiar with heavy equipment
5. Planner & Admin Supervisor
Requirement:
a. Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
b. Have 3 years experiences in the same field
c. Familiar with heavy equipment
d. Have a good understanding in management process and work schedule control
6. SHE Supervisor
Requirement:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
b. Minimum 5 years experiences in coal mining industry, with 2 Years experiences as SHE Supervisor
c. Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
d. Have AK3 Construction Certificate
e. Fluent in English both oral & written
f. Well understanding about mining operation
g. Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
h.
Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE)
strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well
as lead, manage, and support their implementation
i. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
7. Project Manager
Requirement:
a. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
b. Minimum 10 years experiences in mining with Minimum 5 years experiences as KTT
c. Having Minimum POM Certification
d. Understand mining operation, safety and environment (K3)
e. Experience working as operation manager in medium to large size company is preferred.
f. Proficient in MS office application and Mining Software (Surpac, Minescape/Minex)
g. Excellent Reporting & Communication Skill
h.
Highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self-motivated and strong
interpersonal skill, Able to work independently and to work under the
pressure
i. Good Understanding on Mine Plan (Long Term & Short Term)
